Add ground beef, onions, garlic, salsa, taco seasoning, salt, pepper in a large crockpot (6 quart or larger).
Use a large spoon to break up the meat and mix until combined.
Cover and cook on High heat for 4 hours or until meat is no longer pink and cooked through.
Remove lid and mix everything together.
Drain excess grease, if necessary. Enjoy!
