Instructions
Add wings in large crockpot (6 quart or larger).
Add melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper.
Mix until combined.
Cover and cook on High heat for about 3 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove wings from crockpot and transfer them to a baking tray, lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with oil. Arrange wings in a single layer. Do not overlap.
Broil in oven for 5-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
While they are broiling, make garlic parmesan cheese topping by mixing together parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder until you have a chunky mixture.
Remove wings from oven and brush this mixture on top of them.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
